The plate was signed by the six-man umpire crew (John Hirschbeck, Mike Winters, Jeff Kellogg, Sam Holbrook, Gary Darling, and Bill Miller), as well as President George H.W. Bush and President George W. Bush, who both participated in the ceremonial “first pitch” before Game 4 of the Series.
